A monthly meditation and mindfulness class - everyone welcome
Fist Saturday of the month 10.00 -11.30 am
£5 per session.
Sat 7th March, Sat 4th March, Sat 2nd May
Each class will explore a theme through a variety
mindfulness and meditation
The practices will be interspersed with discussion
around the theme and what we experience during
meditating as well as a short break.
Each class will be supported with a handout with further
and also free audio tracks of some of the practices.This
will enable you to continue to explore meditation on your
own outside the class.
No prior experience of meditation is necessary you dont have to talk during the discussion if you dont want to.
Chairs are available for sitting as well as blocks and mats .You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion/stool.
Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to help with feelings of stress, anxiety, low moods and depression as well as helping to improve our ability to focus and concentrate
