The Winter Solstice is fast approaching meaning that the days have become short.
The lack of daylight is not always welcome but it does give us time to rest , restore our energy and enjoy some relaxation and merryment with nourishing foods and beverages.
I am looking forward to spending some time off over the holiday season and have some
exciting plans for the centre in 2021.
This has not been an easy year for any of us but lets remember the sunshine will return as will normal life .
