Acupuncture is a very effective treatment for both chronic and acute musculoskeletal problems.

In sports medicine acupuncture can be used to address a range of issues including pain, injury and sports enhancement.

Acupuncture can help alleviate pain caused by sports injuries such as sprains, strains , tendonitis, haematoma, muscular pain.

By targeting specific ponts on the body, acupuncture can stiulate the release of natural pain relieving chemicals , such as endorphins and seratonin, providing immediate pain relief and promoting healing.

Acupuncture can also be used to treat chronic pain .

Lynda had a contract with the NHS for 15 years to provide Acupuncture for "severe chronic intractable pain ".

Records of success were charted on MYMOP and the success rate was very high with a high percentage of patients being able to reduce medication during and after a course of traditional acupuncture.
