We have a number of events happening in the early part of 2020.
On Sat 15th March Lorna Willock will be running her very popular
Weight Loss Intensive Day from 10.00am to 3.30pm £50
This workshop has been greatly enjoyed by past participants.
You get the chance to find out how to achieve a healthy eating strategy which
will put you in good stead for maintaining a healthy weight.

we have a learn to knit workshop with Jean Manson
knitting has similar benefits to Mindfulness and Meditation and relives stress and anxiety.

Sat 29th Feb we have Living With Less Stress 10.00am -1.00pm
This is a very popular workshop with Alyson Tyler one of the centre s yoga teachers.
She will lead the workshop and pass on valuable insights into ways that you can manage stress.
